Balls

Hild Bede hosts 2 balls each year, a Winter Ball and a Summer Ball. These are black tie events typically held on College Premises. Each Ball has a theme, past balls include: The Nutcracker Ball, Arabian Nights, The Yule Ball, New York, The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe and Movies.

The Winter Ball typically costs £45 for SRC Members and £55 for non-SRC members. For those purchasing "Ents Only" tickets, entertainments start at 9pm and run until 2am.

Entertainments at the balls vary from year to year. They include both music and dance based student performances, face painters, lots of food and a silent disco. In the past we have had various tribute acts as well as being host for big names such as Tom Grennan, Pixie Lott, The Hoosiers and Scouting for Girls.
